Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Witchasfck, a DBA of Aleijah, LLC.
Due to the spiritual, ritual, botanical, and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to, spiritual baths, oils, sprays, candles, herbs, ritual goods, devotional items, altar goods, spiritual curios, and any other personal or energetic-use products sold by Witchasfck.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at witchasfck@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item, incorrect item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
We are unable to resolve damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims submitted more than 3 calendar days after delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Witchasfck is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and secure before placing your order. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to begin a missing package investigation.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be reshipped.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly first if there is an issue with an order.
Witchasfck reserves the right to dispute fraudulent, false, or abusive chargebacks using all available order records, including but not limited to order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, fraud-screening records, and fulfillment documentation.
Customers who file false or abusive payment disputes may be restricted from placing future orders.
